"Very clean, modern, great facilities and very well taken care of. The location is great, the kitchen was very well equipped, everything in all rooms was in great condition, the beds were very comfortable. We had a small problem with one of the sinks, it was fixed within hours."

"The apartment is good overall. Really well equiped, from ironing table, washing machine, dryer to lots of tableware items, dishwasher tablets and so on. Communication with the host was smooth, they were really nice and resposive. Overall the price was a lot smaller than other properties and even hotels in Paris, but still too much for just sleeping."

"There was no AC which is a pain if you consider traveling in the summertime. We stayed there at the beginning of September and it still was very hard to breathe. There were a lot of fans, though, but didn't really handle the heat. It was not very clean, the floors were not swiped properly, the sheets were not really clean either."

"The facilities in the apartment were top notch. Mostly Ikea items that were very functional and had beautiful aesthetics. Everything was complete from the dish washer, heater, washing machine, and dryer. Showers had strong pressure as well. The instructions given pre-arrival were complete and easy to comprehend, and in the living room, there's a QR code that you can scan to give you a complete how-to guide in using all the facilities and furniture in the apartment. We felt very taken care of and would definitely come back to stay here. Location was also a 3-minute walk from a subway station and bus station - quite helpful especially if you're traveling to Gare du Nord."
